Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping:
We ship all orders via USPS and will provide a shipment confirmation via Email and SMS Text when this option is selected.

International Shipping:
We do not mark orders as gifts or falsify the invoice amount. We do not cover import customs fees.
Please allow 3-5 days before emailing us since it will say "enroute to facility" or "label created" until it reaches the sort facility in California.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Shipments:
As of November 1st, 2025 if you choose to decline Route Package Protection, CastleMania Games will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
