Your kit includes the following parts:
1 - RetroTINK 2X PCBA
2 - Acrylic Panels
8 - Short Male Threaded Posts
4 - Long Male Threaded Posts
4 - Hex Nuts
There are no tools required to complete your assembly.
Everything needed has been included in your Kit.
Start by peeling the protective paper from each side of both Acrylic Panels.
Hint You may find it helpful to use a a razor knife to start the peeling process. If you use this start from the inside of one of the pre-drilled holes.
Using your fingers thread the Short Male Threaded Posts into the Long Male Threaded Posts through each of the through-holes on the PCBA.
Caution Do not use a tool to over tighten these, it is unnecessary and may damage your parts.
With each of the Long Male Threaded Posts secured place the second Acrylic Panel on top of the Long Male Threaded Posts.
Finger Tighten the 4 Hex nuts on the exposed threads.
Caution Do not use a tool to over tighten these, it is unnecessary and may damage your parts. The following step will allow for a secure, tight, fit.
Flip over your RetroTINK. Thread in each of the 4 remaining Short Male Threaded posts, while holding the hex nut on the other side. This will allow for a tight and secure final assembly while also providing footing for your RetroTINK 2X.
