Q. Do you ship outside of the United States.
A. Yes, we ship worldwide and will add the shipping cost during checkout. We are not responsible for import fees.
Q. Which carrier will you use to ship my order?
A. We currently use only USPS. All orders domestic and international will receive a shipping notification with tracking. Click on the tracking number in your notification for up to date status.
Q. How do I track my International order?
A. Your tracking # will track from beginning to end here.
Q. Why doesn't the coupon code work?
A. Coupon codes work on most orders except for some pre-orders, select items, and exclusive products. Items where coupon codes do not apply will be noted in the items description as a header note.
Q. When do you charge my card for pre-orders?
A. We charge your card for the order at the time of checkout.
Q. How do I know if my order was one of the CastleMania Exclusives?
A. If the item you purchased is titled "CastleMania Games Exclusive" than its still available. When these sell out we will show the exclusive as sold out and list the non-exclusive Collectors sets.
Q. Will new releases,like Holy Diver and R-Type Returns work on third-party clone consoles?
A. These games are designed to operate on original hardware. While they will work on many third party consoles we cannot guarantee that it will work on specific third party consoles.
Not pleased with your product? Thats not right, we want you to enjoy your purchase from CastleMania Games. We work hard to make sure that items sold in the Castle are items we would put in our own collections.
Conditions of Return:
Returned product(s) should be in the original packaging as well as include any manuals, cabling and accessories. Items returned as defective and are found to be user damaged will not be credited. Examples of user damage may include and are not limited to attempted modifications, drop/ fall damage and poor return packaging.
We may charge a restocking fee on some items, including and not limited to new game sales and items that are returned as defective and found to be in full working condition.
Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return, when possible. Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective video games systems and computer hardware after 30 days.
Items not eligible for return:
Any product(s) returned more than 30 days from the date of delivery.
Any product(s) that is damaged, played, or is missing parts.
Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.
If after we assist with any troubleshooting your item is found to be defective we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to you. If the item is reported as defective and found to be in full working condition the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you have changed your mind and want to return your order you may return your item(s) at your expense.
Refunds are given upon receipt and inspection. Please allow one full business day for inspection.
